For the past 25 years, I have been exploring different aspects of psychology, personal growth, spirituality, and holistic healing. I began with the practice of yoga and meditation, then studied various modalities such as polarity, reiki, massage, herbs, nutrition and homeopathy before training to become a psychotherapist 22 years ago.
As a holistic psychotherapist and life coach, I integrate this broad knowledge base into a unique, highly intuitive style that is individually tailored to best meet the needs of each client. My personal and profession passion is to assist clients to connect with their own inner wisdom. It is my belief that this is the true pathway to healing. I enjoy working with clients who are committed to this process. My approach is client-centered, empowering, non-judgmental, and compassionate.
I work with individuals and couples dealing with a broad range of issues. My early training as a therapist was traditional, psychodynamically-oriented psychotherapy. Over the years, I have incorporated numerous skills and trainings into my work with clients and currently integrate my traditional foundation with a more transpersonal, psycho-spiritual approach. I utilize concepts from mindfulness, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems therapy. Rather than focusing on weaknesses or pathology, my approach is to help clients maximize their individual talents, gifts and strengths.![]()
